"so as yannis announced on radio one this lunchtime our sprightly young drummer jack bevan came down with food poisoning last night. he and i were spending a quiet night in our hotel room ironing each others socks when suddenly out of the blue he started vomiting. literally everywhere. it was apocalyptic. i eventually fell asleep but woke up early the next morning to find him still vomiting. he wasn't in a good way. he still isn't. he went to hospital to be told that he has salmonella poisoning. so we had to cancel our show tonight. fortunately the venue have been able to reschedule it very quickly for the 19th--next wednesday. all tickets are still valid. and jack will be playing with renewed pharmacalogical vigour. so yes. he's really sorry and the rest of us are really sorry. sorry that this is such a late bulletin as well. none of us have been able to get online till now. all the other shows are still on!in other news. no, there is no other news. to be honest we all feel like fucking shit. not wanting to be a downer or anything. our tour is still going pretty well i guess. xx"

(limite j'avais envie de lui envoyer un texto pour lui souhaiter un bon rétablisement mais je me suis ravisé, parce que ce projet fleurait bon le message bien tarte)
